Boston Expands Digital Literacy Training to Thousands of Residents
City-supported efforts continue to deliver computer skills and job readiness resources to thousands of residents through established local partners.

Boston’s Digital Literacy Initiative, known as DigLit, now backs 25 programs that have reached more than 3,000 residents with coaching and technical assistance. The effort, launched with World Education under the American Rescue Plan Act, received an additional $1 million expansion grant through Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley’s Community Project Funding.

MassHire Downtown Boston Career Center at 75 Federal Street holds on-site coaching sessions, small group classes, and drop-in Tech Help Tuesdays every Tuesday from 10 AM to 1 PM.
